i am a student involved in mock trial in my criminal justice class and i am the main prosecution lawyer of a rape case; there is no jury. it is a case where a 24 year old women, Jean Allen is allegedly raped by a man named vince edwards. they met when jean and her friend ann went to a night club called prank. he was with his friend carl. they soon relocated to another nightclub by the name of heaven and jean made ann drive vince because ann had known him because they had previously dated earlier, but it was not serious. carl left to do work on a project for work. ann left to go to bed so she could get up early for work. vince asked jean to drive him to his apartment because he had ridden there with carl. she finally agreed and long story short, he raped her. please help me with a good opening statement.
